Lost notes cannot be recovered. Orbit has no accounts and no servers — everything lives encrypted on your own device. Burned notes are permanently deleted, and neither we nor Apple can restore them. This is how the app is meant to work, but it does mean we can’t help retrieve anything that’s gone.
Moving to a new phone? Restore from your device backup and your capsules come with it, encryption key included.
Purchases are handled by Apple. For refunds or billing questions, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
